Ordering and Shipping

Ordering

Email us at orders@rockhavendaylilies.com with the plants that you would like. We must check availibility on all items. We will respond promptly to all requests to let you know if we can fulfill your order.

Frosts come early here in the tundra and the garden is usually beneath a glacier between December and April. As a result, we will dig plants for shipment between mid May and mid September.

Shipping

Shipping charges are $10 for the first plant and $2 per each additional plant. We ship USPS Priority Mail. We ship within 24 hours of digging and like to ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure that plants do not sit packaged over a weekend. Please let us know at the time of order when you would (or would not) like to receive your plants.

Complaints

We strive to send you the best plants that we possibly can and ask that any complaints be timely. If plants do not arrive in good condition, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Complaints about plant condition will not be considered after 30 days
